A thorough building inspection checks for MAJOR and MINOR building defects including but not limited to leaking bathrooms, rising damp, leaks to roof/downpipe & gutters, drainage issues, cracking to building elements etc. and when requested, estimates of repair costs.  BE WARNED...that if these building defects go undetected, potentially they could be very expensive to rectify!
